Add a point in time change to a holiday entitlement

Follow these steps if you need to change an employee's holiday entitlement starting with a certain date.

You can add a point in time change to any holiday entitlement on the system. This can be useful if you need to change the allowance for multiple employees in bulk from a selected date.

Please follow the steps below to set this up:

  1. Go to Setup and click Settings.

  2. Click Module Settings and select HR.

  3. Select Holiday Entitlement.

  4. Click the template you need to add a point in time change to.

  5. Click Add a point in time change to this template.

  6. Fill out the details:

    • Effective Date - When you want this change to apply

    • Days or Hours - Select if you are adding a change in days or hours

    • Length of Service - Tick if you want to add length of service

    • Entitlement - Actual number of days or hours the entitlement will be changed to

  7. Click Save.
