Add and edit bank details in Self Service

Follow these steps to amend your own bank details in the Self Service menu.

Permission needed

In order to have access to the Bank tab in the My Profile menu you will need the permission 'My Details: Pay and Bank', which can be added for you by your manager or any System Owner user by following the steps in our article on adding permissions.


Add and edit bank details in Self Service

  1. Go to Self Service and click My Profile.

  2. Select the Bank tab.

  3. Click Edit in the top right corner.

  4. Select the relevant option from the Payment Type dropdown.

  5. Enter the necessary data in the Account Name, Sort Code and Account Number fields.

  6. Click Save.
