Continuous service date cannot be added as it's not included in the calendar

Follow these steps if you are unable to select the date from the continuous service date calendar.

The calendar for the selection of the continuous service date is displayed by default over the span of 20 years.

If the date you need to add is not available in the calendar you will need to type in the date manually in the following format: dd/mm/yyyy.

To do this:

  1. Search for the employee and go to their profile.

  2. Click Person, then Profile.

  3. Click Edit in the top right corner.

  4. Click into the Cont. Service Date field.

  5. Instead of selecting a day on the calendar, type in the date manually in this field.

  6. Click Save.
