Ability to download payslips onto mobile devices
The mobile app is available on recent Android and Apple operating systems and you can download it from the Play or App Store by searching for People HR and Rota.
You can access the mobile app via your identity credentials you use to log into Access Workspace, providing a consistent single sign-on experience.
You can also use mobile device biometrics for future logins, dependent on individual device configuration.
We've designed our newly developed app to be intuitive and user-friendly. This means that you can easily navigate through the app and find what you're looking for with minimal or no training.
Our design team has taken great care to ensure that the app's layout and features are easily accessible and user-friendly, providing an effortless experience. This approach helps you to increase productivity and efficiency while using the app.
The Access Education People HR app also features a dark mode feature, you can customize your preferences via the app settings on your mobile devices.
