Not all profiles showing in All Employees

Follow these steps if the All Employees menu does not display all profiles that a user should have access to.

If an employee only has access to certain sections in the organisational structure, the All Employees menu will need to be filtered in order to show all profiles.

The affected user will need to follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Admin Menu and select All Employees.

  2. Click the Organisation button.

  3. Expand the Organisation Structure and select the section you need to view.

  4. Click Filter. All employees in this section will now be displayed.

πŸ“Œ Note: In this case the All Employees menu cannot be set to display all profiles. Employees with limited access will always have to filter this menu in order to view profiles.
