Employees who have access to all sections on the system will automatically see all profiles when accessing the All Employees menu. However, if an employee has limited access and can only see certain sections, they will either see a blank screen or their direct reports when going to the All Employees menu.
To filter this menu if it is displaying as blank or if it's not displaying the correct section:
Click Admin Menu and then All Employees.
Click Organisation and then Organisation Structure.
Select the section you want to display.
Click Filter.
π Note: It is not possible to set a filter by default. If an employee can only see their direct reports when going to All Employees, this is by default and cannot be changed to a specific section or division. The menu will need to be filtered every time it is accessed.
