Unable to add bank details when adding a new starter

Follow these steps if you are unable to enter a new starter's bank account details when creating their employment.

Include the field

  1. Go to Setup and click Settings.

  2. Click Field Settings.

  3. Search for Tab-NewStarter-Bank and click it.

  4. Tick the Include box.

  5. Click Save.


Permissions needed

You will also need the permissions below:

  • Bank Account Details

  • HR - Payment Method Primary

  • HR - Payment Method Secondary

These can be added for you by your manager or any System Owner user by following the steps in our article on adding permissions.
