Contract status report

Follow these steps to run a report showing which employees are permanent or casual, as well as full time or part time.

The most comprehensive report which will display the contract type and basis for all employees is the Full Employee Data Extract, which can be run by following the steps below:

  1. Click Reports and then Standard Reports.

  2. Click Data Extract and then Full Employee Data Extract Report.

  3. Expand the Organisation Structure and select the divison or sections you need to run the report for.

  4. (Optional) You can also run the report based on employee status by select an option from the Employment Status dropdown.

  5. Click Generate Extract.

The columns in the Excel spreadsheet are ContractBasis and ContractType.
