The default date '0001-01-01' will be displayed on the report for employees if they have a SettledStatus but not a PreSettleStatus.

If the employee has both a SettledStatus and PreSettleStatus, the settled date on the report will be blank.

To check this for an employee:
Go to the employee's profile.
Click Person and then Profile.
Click Edit in the Eligibility To Work section.
Scroll down and check if the Settlement Status and PreSettled Status boxes are checked.
π Note: The default date '0001-01-01' cannot be edited or removed from the report.
