The traffic lights on an employee's profile allow you to see if their profile is fully approved or if the profile is missing important information.
You can also check this in more detail by accessing the Diagnostic menu on their profile.
To give a user access to this:
Search for the employee who needs to view diagnostics and go to their profile.
Click Security, then Permissions.
Click Edit Employee Permissions.
Search for Person Employment Diagnostic an click the eye icon so that it's set to green.
Click Save.
