Error: 'You can't submit claims that are older than 90 days'

Follow the steps in this article to resolve the error 'You can't submit claims that are older than 90 days' when submitting mileage claims.

When submitting mileage claims from Self Service you will get the 'You can't submit claims that are older than 90 days' message if any of the claims are older than 90 days. The number of days may differ based on your system's settings.

To resolve this, you will need to amend the default number of days in Global Settings:

  1. Go to Setup and click Settings.

  2. Select System Settings and then Global.

  3. Search for 'Old Claim Prevent Submit' and click on it.

  4. Make sure the Integer box is checked and amend the number of days in the Integer field.

  5. Make sure the Boolean box is checked and select False from the dropdown list.

  6. Once you have added the correct number, click Save.
