View a custom report

  1. Go to Reports and click Custom Reporting.

  2. Click on one of the available reports to be taken to its page in view mode.

Adjust columns

  1. While in view mode, click the three line menu on one of the columns.

  2. You will be presented with several options to help view the report:

    • Pin Column: Helps when scrolling horizontally to keep certain columns pinned either to the left or right.

    • Autosize This Column: Adjusts the size of the column to match its contents.

    • Autosize All Columns: Adjusts the size of all the columns to match their contents.

    • Group by [column]: Enables grouping mode by this particular column.

    • Reset Columns: Returns all columns to their default settings.

Refresh a report

In the interest of speed, the data shown in the report will be retrieved from a specific date/time and is not up to the minute data.

To refresh the report, click on Refresh in the top right corner of the screen. This will display the message 'Loading Latest Data' until the report is refreshed. You can leave the page while this is in process.

Filters

  1. While in view mode, click the three line menu on one of the columns.

  2. You will see a new window pop up with three tabs at the top.

  3. Click the second tab. You can now filter the information displayed in this column.

  4. Checking or unchecking the information will either add it or remove it from the column.

Sorting

Each column can be sorted by clicking on its header. You will then see either an upwards or downwards arrow depending on the order that has been selected.

Export

If at any point you wish to export your data, it can be exported into .csv format by clicking on the Export CSV button in the top right of the report.

Alternatively, right-click anywhere while on the report's page and hover over Export. This will bring up two options: CSV Export and Excel Export.
