By default, when running a custom report on sickness, the data pulled through will look at the latest 730 days. This equals to approximately the latest 15 months of sickness.

To change this setting:

  1. Go to Setup and click Settings.

  2. Click System Settings, then Global.

  3. Search for Custom Reports - Absence Dataset - Absence End Date Limit and click it.

  4. Change the value in the Integer field from 730 do the value needed.

    • For example: 1825 days (5 years) or 1830 days (to account for leap years).

  5. Click Save.

πŸ“Œ Note: Increasing this limit will impact performance, as the report will take longer to load. After changing the setting, you will need to refresh the data for the changes to take effect. This setting applies to other custom reports as well, so if you need extended data for them, the same adjustment can be made.
