When uploading a P60 file to Education People, make sure that the file has been named in the correct format, starting with 'P60'.
Correct example: P60_Access_2025
Incorrect example: Access_P60_2025
Once you have checked the title of the file, if everything looks correct but the file still cannot be uploaded, please use our Digital Assistant and ask to speak to one of our support agents for further assistance.
