Unable to view subsections or set up line managers

If no subsections are displayed in the organisation structure and you cannot set up line managers on posts, check the AWP Integration.

The AWP Integration setting will need to be set to False in Global Settings in order to view the organisation structure correctly and be able to select posts when setting up line managers or approvers.

To do this, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Setup and then Settings.

  2. Click System Settings and then Global.

  3. Search for AWP Integration and click on it.

  4. Set the Boolean field to False and click Save.
