Actual Salary value not displayed

If the actual salary is not displayed on an employee's Basic Pay screen, check if their contracted hours and FTE hours are the same.

When an employee's contract hours and FTE hours are the same, the annual salary will also be the same as the actual salary and the system will no longer display both values on the employee's Basic Pay page.

To check and amend the contracted hours and FTE hours:

  1. Search for the employee and go to their profile.

  2. Go to Payroll and then Pay.

  3. Click Pay History, then click the latest salary line.

  4. Verify that the correct values have been entered in the Contract Hours and FTE Hours fields and amend them if needed.

πŸ“Œ Note: It is not possible to display the actual salary if both values are the same, as this is not currently a feature of the software.
