When adding or amending a salary line for an employee, the data you input, such as the payscale and number of contracted hour, might not update the hourly rate in real time.
If you have entered all details on the salary line correctly and the hourly rate does not get calculated, click Save anyway. When you open the salary line again, the hourly rate will now be populated.
⚠️ Important: Make sure to enter a value in both the Contract Hours and FTE Hours fields, as leaving one of both blank will result in the hourly rate not being calculated correctly.
