Caboodle is an employee benefits platform that can be synced with Education People. If your school or organisation uses Caboodle, the two platforms can be linked.
This is completely optional and only a minority of our Education People customers use it.
The message Employee is not synced with Caboodle is not an error message and does not affect the employee is you do not use Caboodle.
