The People Insights Hub provides you with MAT- and school-level consolidated views of your workforce data including sickness absence and gender pay gap data:
Staff Health Check - Track vacancies, sickness absence, and staff turnover across every school in your trust at a glance.
Sickness Absence Overview - See where absence is concentrated across your trust, broken down by school, staff category, and absence type.
Gender Pay Gap Overview - Understand your trust-wide gender pay gap by school, role, and pay quartile and identify which areas need improvement.
Accessing the People Insights Hub
System Administrators will need to enable a database cache within the product in order to assure that sickness absence data can be viewed in the tool.
Go to to Setup in the left-hand menu.
Then go to Background Processes and search for People Insights Hub.
Enable the database by moving the toggle to the right and confirm the selection.
Once the system has refreshed overnight, all users who have been given permissions to the People Insights Hub should then be able to see the sickness absence data.
All People system administrators have automatic access to the People Insights Hub. Just search for it under Apps in the Access Button.
We recommend that you add the People Insights Hub as a space so you can easily access the tool from one of your tabs within the Access Evo platform.
System administrators can grant other users access via the usual permission settings under the admin menu in People.
