When adding sickness to an employee, you will get the error Valid To is required if one of the Valid To fields has been left blank.
These fields are mandatory and will need to have a date selected before you can submit sickness.
📌 Note: This error is not related to the start or end date of the sickness.
To identify which field it is, follow the steps below:
Go to the employee's profile and click Absence.
Select Sickness, then Add Sickness.
If your sickness already exists, click it instead of creating a new one.
In the Basic tab, if the Fit Note box is checked, make sure the Valid To field has a date entered.
In the Notifications tab, click each notification and make sure the Valid To field has a date entered.
⚠️ Important: If your sickness has several notifications created, all of them will need the Valid To field to be completed.
