Vacancies in the Access Education People system do not have an audit log feature.
Once a vacancy is created, you can track the progress of each applicant, such as:
The date and time when the applicant first applied to the vacancy
The date and time of the interview
The date and time when the provisional offer was sent and looked at by the applicant
You can also see which emails have been sent to the applicant from the system and when.
However, you cannot see which user sent the emails or which user progressed the applicant to the next stage (such as from the interview stage to the provisional offer one).
