eRecruit - Employee unable to see vacancies

Follow the steps in this article if an employee is unable to see vacancies in the Recruitment menu.

Access to the section

To view vacancies within a section, the employee will first need access to the section in question. Once you have determined which section the vacancy is related to, set up the employee's access by following the steps in our article on access to sections.


Vacancies permission

The employee will also need the 'Vacancies' permission, which can be added for them by their manager or any System Owner user by following the steps in our article on adding permissions.

⚠️ Important: Once you have given an employee access to a section they will be able to view employee profiles as well as vacancies. If they don't have any admin roles, however, they will not be able to see any employment or pay details.
