Grade/Rate dropdown blank

Follow these steps if you are unable to select an option from the Grade/Rate dropdown when creating a claim for an employee.

If you would like to select a grade for an employee from the Grade/Rate dropdown when creating a claim for them:

  1. Search for the employee and go to their profile.

  2. Click Employment, then Position.

  3. Click Post Details.

  4. Click Edit in the Basic Details area.

  5. Untick the Multiple Positions box.

πŸ“Œ Note: By doing this, the Position dropdown will no longer be available for employees in this post, but the Grade/Rate dropdown will function correctly.
