Leave and sickness in the employee calendar

This article provides information on how sickness and leave will be displayed in the Calendar menu on an employee's profile.

As the Calendar is on the Person menu, not the Employment or Payroll screens, so sicknesses and leave will show on it for all absences from all employments.

The number of Working Days is how many days the Employee works, and is not in Calendar Days. For example, if an Employee works 3 days a week and is off for the full week, the number of Working Days would be 3 and not 5.

You can either manually work out the number of Working Days, or if the Employee has a working pattern then you can tick Use Working Pattern and the software will automatically calculate the days for you.
