Follow the steps below to create a new contract basis option:
Go to Setup and click Settings.
Click Module Settings and then HR.
Select Contract Basis.
Click Add Contract Basis.
Enter the new contract basis in the Description field and click Save.
You can set up a new contract basis under HR Module Settings.
