Permissions to view the Payroll menu

Follow these steps if you need to give an employee permission to see the Payroll menu and all the options under it.

In order for an employee to see the Payroll menu and its submenus they will need the below permissions:

  • Payroll Claims - To view the Payroll Claims submenu and be able to add batch claims

  • Menu Expense Claims - To view the Expense Claims submenu and be able to add batch claims

  • Menu Mileage Claims - To view the Mileage Claims submenu and be able to add batch claims

  • Menu Admin Export Interface - To view the Import/Export Expenses submenu

  • View Admin Interface Menu - To view the Import/Export submenu; this will include all options such as running the HR Export or the SWC export. It is not possible to limit the options within this submenu, once an employee has this permission they will be able to access all exports

  • Payslip Admin - To view the Admin Payslips submenu

  • Salary Changes Admin - To view the Salary Changes submenu
