The global FTE hours values can be changed by following the steps below:
Go to Setup and click Settings.
Click System Settings, then Global.
Search for FTE Hours Per Week - HR Default Value or FTE Hours Per Day - HR Default Value depending on the value you need to change.
Click the setting and then edit the value in the Decimal field.
Click Save.
