The Access Education People software does not currently have the option to run a bank details report. Some reports, such as the Full Employee Data Extract report, will include bank details for employees but they will be masked (such as XX-XX-99 and XXXXXX99).
Because all bank details entered into the software are encrypted, they cannot be exported fully in plain text. This type of report will need to be run from the Payroll system rather than the HR one.
To obtain a bank details report, please get in touch with your Payroll Agent who will be able to assist.
