Create or edit payroll claim templates

Follow these steps to set up a payroll claim template which can be used when creating batch payroll claims.

When creating a batch payroll claim, the pay elements that will be available to be selected are determined by the template used.

To create or edit a template:

  1. Click Payroll, then Payroll Claims.

  2. Click Templates in the top right corner.

  3. Click any of the templates to edit them.

  4. Once you clicked a claim you can click Delete to delete it.

  5. Click Add Template to create a new one.

  6. Enter a name in the Name field and click Add.

  7. Click the template you just created.

  8. Click the elements from the column on the left to add them to the template.

    • All elements added to the template will show in the column on the right.

  9. Click Save Template.
