Switch off notification emails for line managers

Follow these steps to disable emails sent to line managers from the system.

All notifications set up on the system can be viewed, edited or deleted by following the steps below:

  1. Go to Setup, then Settings.

  2. Click Notifications.

  3. Search for the notification triggering the email and click it.

  4. Click Edit in the Emails area to amend the recipients.

    • If the recipient is set to Report To, this will trigger the email to the line manager.

  5. Click Delete to remove the notification entirely.

⚠️ Warning: Deleting the notification will stop the email from going out for all users in the system. It is not possible to switch off a notification only for certain users.

πŸ“Œ Note: There are some emails that are set by default and cannot be edited or switched off, such as the leave or claim approval email that goes out to the approver.
