The Access Education People software does not determine how leave is paid but it does signal if an absence type is paid or unpaid.
To make sure that an absence type has been correctly set up as paid or unpaid:
Go to Setup and click Settings.
Click Module Settings, then HR.
Click Absence Class.
Search for the absence type that has exported incorrectly and click it.
Tick the Paid Leave box is this should be marked as paid or untick it if this should be marked as unpaid.
Click Save.
β οΈ Important: All future leave requests using this absence class will not export correctly, but making this change at this point will not affect leave that has already been exported to Payroll.
Please speak to your Payroll Agent in regards to the exported leave as they will be able to advise on how to amend this.
