When a menu or submenu on the system is greyed out or has a no entry sign for a user, this means the user does not have all the permissions required to access it.
If you are a System Owner user you can use the Edit button in the lower left corner of the screen to amend this.
Navigate to the page where you can see the greyed out menu.
Click the Edit button in the lower left corner of the screen, which is displayed next to the software's current version.
The menu will now be highlighted in yellow. Click on it.
Click the Can View tab.
Select all roles that should be able to access this menu so that they are highlighted in blue.
Click Save.
