The Access Education People software does not include any options to print an employee's contract directly from their profile.
The only way to do this would be to create a mail merge letter using merge fields that will pull through the data you need from the employee's profile. When generating the letter for the employee, instead of emailing it to them you can preview it and save it as a document that can then be printed.
To do this:
Create a contract as a mail merge letter template by following the steps in our article on setting up mail merge letters.
Search for the employee and go to their profile.
Go to Documents, then Mail Merge.
Click Add Mail Merge and select the template you've created from the Letter dropdown.
Click Preview Document. This will download the letter as a document that can be printed.
