Blank minimum wage when adding employee

When adding a salary, the minimum wage will be displayed as 0.00 if no values have been set for this employee's age range.

Check the employee's age

  1. Search for the employee and go to their profile.

  2. Click Person, then Profile.

  • The age will be displayed in the Profile area, under Age.


Add minimum wage for this age range

  1. Go to Setup, then Settings.

  2. Click Payroll Settings, then National Minimum Wage.

  3. Click the arrow next to the effective date relevant for the employee's salary.

  4. Click Add Age Band.

  5. Enter the name of this band in the Description field.

  6. Enter the Start Age and End Age to include the employee's current age.

  7. Enter the value of the minimum wage relevant for this age range.

  8. Click Save and Create Employee Payment Changes.

  9. Click Go.
