If you have downloaded a report from the system but are unable to open it in Microsoft Excel or Adobe Reader, this will be caused by the format of the report being Flash rather than HTML 5.
To resolve this:
Click Setup and then click Settings.
Click System Settings and then click Global.
Search for Stimulsoft Reports Viewer and click it.
The description box shows you what options are available:
StimulsoftViewerFlash,
StimulsoftViewerHTML5
StimulsoftViewerHTML
Enter one of these in the string field overwriting the one already in there.
Click Save.
