Permission to see My Leave in Self Service

You can give employees access to the My Leave menu by following the steps in this article.

In order for an employee to see the My Leave page in Self Service, they will need the permission 'Leave Selfservice'.

Add the permission for one employee

  1. Search for the employee and go to their profile.

  2. Click Security, then Permissions.

  3. Click Edit Employee Permissions.

  4. Search for Leave Selfservice and enable the view, edit, add or delete options as needed.

  5. Click Save.


Add the permission for all employees

  1. Go to Setup and then Roles & Permissions.

  2. Click the Employee role.

  3. Click Role Permissions, then Edit Permissions.

  4. Search for Leave Selfservice and enable the view, edit, add or delete options as needed.

  5. Click Save.
