Run a Batch Update

To update your system and process any changes or updates you've made within the HR, System, run a batch update and clear your system cache.

Running a Batch Update may resolve persistent error messages such as 'Failed to load' or 'Server Error'. It is also recommended to run a Batch Update after making several changes to employees' roles or permissions.

To run a Batch Update:

  1. Click Setup and select Batch Updates.

  2. Click Clear all user security cache and then Save.

  3. Click Reload All Cache and then Save.
