To make changes to the information displayed on the home page:
At the home page, click Edit this Page in the top right corner of the screen.
If you don't have this option, go to Setup and click Content.
Select Pages and then ReachOut HomePage.
Click Edit.
Make the necessary changes as needed and click Save.
⚠️ Important: It is not recommended to make the changes yourself as we will not be able to reverse any incorrect amendments.
The current layout of the home page cannot be changed as it is hardcoded into the system and signed off before your system goes live. Should you need any changes after the go live date this will need to be done by our Professional Services team and may be a chargeable service.
