Permission needed to generate a mail merge letter to an employee

Add this permission to users who need to see the 'Create New Template' button in order to send mail merge letters to employees.

In order to generate a mail merge letter to an employee, users will need the permission below:

  • Employment Letters Permission

The permission can be added to them by their manager or any System Owner user by following the steps in our article on adding permissions.

This will enable the user to see the Create New Template button when going to an employee's Mail Merge page.
