When locations are setup, the HR software picks up the location from Bing Maps based on a post code entered by the user.
If the address is showing as incorrect on the HR software it will be due to it being incorrect on Bing.
We can submit feedback to Bing to amend this, however we cannot guarantee it will be updated. We would suggest you also action the same submission in order to increase Microsoft's visibility of this change request.
Location address in the Mileage Claims section is incorrect
Follow the guidance in this article if you've added a location when creating a mileage claim but the address is picked up incorrectly.
