Add or change a payroll’s tax reference

You can add or change the tax reference for a payroll on the system by following the steps in this article.

Add tax reference

To add or amend the tax reference for a company:

  1. Go to Setup and click Settings.

  2. Click Module Settings and then Payroll Settings.

  3. Click Company.

  4. Click the option you need to change.

  5. Add or amend the tax reference in the Tax Reference field.

  6. Click Save.


Assign a company

To assign a company to a payroll:

  1. Go to Setup and click Settings.

  2. Click Module Settings and then Payroll Settings.

  3. Click Payroll.

  4. Click the payroll you need to change.

  5. Select the correct company in the Company field.

  6. Click Save.

Once you have followed the steps above, the tax reference added to the company will be added to all payrolls that have this company selected.
